Now entering our 33rd year of operations, Mi
Casa Too restaurants are proud of our reputation in the community, and take
pride in our great food, premium spirits, excellent service, and friendly
atmosphere. We are very family oriented, value priced, and fun to visit. Our
three area locations are convenient to many local neighborhoods.
Mi Casa Restaurant was first established on the corner of
Mill Street and
Terminal Way in
Reno, NV,
in 1975. After a successful beginning, original owners, Leo and Dottie
Fernandez, opened their second restaurant, named Mi Casa Too, on
Fourth Street in west
Reno. This location still remains as our
flagship eatery, newly remodeled in 2006. Not long after closing the original
Mill Street
location, the Fernandez’ sold the company to Walt Roskoski and Russ Ernst in
July 1985.
In July 1987, the Carson City
restaurant was opened, followed by a third location on
South Virginia Street in
Reno, near the Peppermill Hotel Casino, in
1999. This restaurant moved to its current location on
Kietzke Lane in the Franktown Corners
shopping center in 2005.
We are excited to be the winners of many awards over the years, including
“Best of Reno” and “Best of Carson”. Thanks so much for visiting our new
website. We look forward to serving you soon! Salud!
